How do I book a resevation online and get the Special Web disount for Children?

When making your reservation online indicate the number of adult and child and infant passengers in your party in the ‘# of people’ field, then in the ‘Additional Info’ field at the bottom of the page, give us a count of the number of adults and children under 12 and their ages that will be joining you that make up that total.  Your credit card will be charged a corrected discounted amount for the children irregardless of what the ’total’ says when you check out.  You will receive a ‘Confirmation of Booking Availability Request’ email right away, and then within 48 hours your credit card will be charged and you will receive a ‘CaboEcoTours – Payment Confirmation’ email that shows actual amount charged on your credit card for your reservation.

Is my credit card information secure even if I don’t see HTTPS in the address bar?

The reason why you do not see the https within the address bar on www.caboecotours.com is because the calendar loads into their domain via iframes. The https is there if you view the source code.

Where is the ECOCAT office located?

We are located in the Eco Bar & Restaurant, next to Baja Cantina, behind the Wyndham/Tesoro Resort in the Marina.     

Where do we check in?

All passengers are required to check in at the EcoCat office, inside the Eco Bar & Restaurant. The EcoBar is located next to the Baja Cantina, infront of the Wyndham/Tesoro Resort in the marina. Check in is 45 minutes before departure time.
